This training is given by Rosa herself. Rosa is also a Master Educator. Rosa has 20 years of experience in this profession and has also introduced her own Nail Wholesale business and own Label Nail Products La Ross since a few years.
She is certified and has attended many trainings at home and abroad (Russia). 

Previously she was an official Authorized Distributor and Educator of Glamour Nail Products.

Because of her years of experience our teacher can guarantee you that after the training you can practice this profession independently. Even after the training she is ready to guide and help you where necessary! Note: to run a salon completely independently, we recommend following the Master All-Around course.

What will you learn on the 5 Day Training at Nails by Rosa?

Day 1:
*Getting to know each other 
*Getting to know each other and the products
*Safety in the salon and in the use of the products.
*anatomy and hygiene rules.
*Recognize nail diseases and how to act.
*Mix ratio and why the right mix ratio
*Discuss filing techniques and make a note of them.
Homework: study all the theory, practice the mix ratio on tips (not on real nails, this can only be done after lesson 2)

Day 2:(model needed)
*Discuss homework and discuss any bottlenecks
*Demonstration is first given by teacher
* Preparation of the client and how to apply tips
* Tips in shape ballerina file and buffering
*Apply acrylics with the right mix ratio
*File technique (this is step by step discussed and performed)
*Gel polish demo and learn the secrets to painting tight
Homework lesson 2: At least 2 models treated with tips and gel polish

Day 3:(model needed)
*Discuss homework and treat any bottlenecks
*Prepare your model
* Apply tips and in shape almond file and buffing
* Apply acrylics with the correct mix ratio
*demo baby tree technique and perform this on 5 fingers (at home you will be asked to practice this technique more)
*2x glitter fading and how best to encapsulate glitters so they look nice and shiny
Homework: 2 models with babyboom and ringfinger with glitter fading (almond shape)

Day4: (model needed)
*Discuss homework and possibly give the necessary demos
* Apply tips in different shapes (1 hand ballerina 1 hand almond)
* Apply acrylics to one hand with gell varnish and ballerina, other hand almond and baby boom
*File techniques for desired shape discuss and implement
*Different ways of an aftertreatment discuss
*Finally, how to make beautiful pictures of your nails so that your pictures attract customers (tips and tricks)
Homework: Minimum 2 sets

Day 5:(exam model)
* The first hour we will discuss what we are facing, after that we will make a set for ourselves.
You also get an exam about the theory (anatomy, hygiene rules etc.) Rosa takes the exam, and will look at the most important points and assess them. Of course you will get points for each part.
When you do the exam we ask you to practice more and then make an appointment so you can do your exam again for free. 

At the end of the training you are able to place the basic acrylic / gel nails incl sufficient knowledge to

knowledge in house to place nails in a responsible way.
Of course we round off the training with a La Ross certificate.
After this you can possibly take separate courses, if you have more need to develop further.
